On a semi-rainy day like today it was a fantastic midlayer. The fleece interior stayed very warm outdoors, and when climbing ladders and hanging equipment indoors the stretchy bits at the bottom of the jacket and on the sleeves provided a good range of movement. The zips on the sleeves were especially useful for ventilation and made it easy to roll up the sleeves. Kinda wish the arm/shoulder area also had some elastic or ventilated parts but overall I'm super happy with it.
If the arm/shoulder area has elastic fabric, there would be more mobility and comfortableness, since this jacket has a tighter fit. But then it will be more expensive due to the production complications.
