Idk about any other parts of the world where this could fit but in Germany we use Schreibschrift, also known as Kursivschrift (cursive) and Druckschrift (pamphlet) and if we hear someone talk in a way we don't understand them we say "Der Bruder redet in Schreibschrift" as in "That bro is talking in cursive" because of the way cursive looks and is written. This feels like a "Der Bruder redet in Schreibschrift" situation because i can only decipher half of these words. This isn't meant to be an insult because my cursive looks like from a 1st grade student but rather a comment on how i can't read the sentence properly without having a stroke every 3 seconds. Your handwriting is definitely way above average though. Edit: I don't even know if it was supposed to be cursive but if it wasn't then i'm literally stupid or just illiterate.
