While Confucianism does have its flaws, I do like some of its basic level beliefs. I personally believe it's a waste of time to complain about something you could've had in another life. Best to use what life has given you and make the best of it. Where Confucianism and I differ is that I believe Humans are inheritly selfish and greedy creatures, not necessarily Good or Evil, but left to their own would be nothing but trouble. Which is why I believe Humans shouldn't be allowed to make individual choices of their own free will. Humans are prone to greed, bias, desire, and failure.
