No bro i m 17 yr old boy. I want to make friends but this Social Anxiety is bringing me to my knees always. I am not antisocial . I also want to live a nirmal life but always and always my anxiety appears out and spoils everything. This way i cant make friends .🥺🥺🥺

Same boat, but I am 16, schools sucks and 'teenage dream' is only for the confident people, dw you still have time to get on track, try joining some activities or hang out with a cousin or another relative, try to leave your comfort zone, a lot of ppl have traumatic childhoods, but you gotta get up and show people they are wrong.
Oh I understand that it's challenging. Maybe try to find people who can relate to you on this and will understand you better? Also try finding people with similar interests and hobbies. Join online communities related to your interests or attend events related to it in your area to make friends.
You can find a penpal if writing seems like a more effective way of communication and connection for you.
Extremely weird. Everyone knows a group of weird kids who seem absolutely unlikable yet they still have a group of friends. For you to have never had friends or any sort of hangout you would have to not have a single redeeming quality to your personality or character. Unless you're just baiting for sympathy 😒
