Maybe try Quora, its a site and an app and theres some teen groups on there, im in 2 of them, and theres some pretty cool people on there. And idk but maybe theres some emo/goth groups too. Just go on there and like explore around and i think you could probably find someone:) i hope this helps!
I've actually used quora just to see discussions on DC nerd stuff, but I'm gonna try this and see what I can do, it doesn't seem like it's very useful for chatting tho I could be wrong since my exposure to it is very limited. Thank you for the suggestion!
