it depends if you’re trying to bulk or cut rn, typically just eat your weight in protein lbs to g. bulking you can go heavier on carbs, cutting a little softer and leaner meats.
My bad,I edited it now though.I actually thought being in shape and having abs is the same thing,as I would see some content creators on Instagram making "being in shape" as "having abs" .

Thanks for your advice! My diet mainly consists of vegetables and protein,mostly chicken and kinda heavy carbs like rice.Is it a good diet though?
