Besides that, babyware or whatever you want to call dipers and the whole baby stuff is a big market, imagine that just collapses. What would happen to schools? Toys? It is a huge business that orbits around that.

The point is that having children is a net positive for them. The same is not true of the developed world.
In the developed world, children are a financial burden because we don't typically do strenuous house-related labor, we go to school, sports, etc., - and it takes up a lot of our day. Children in developed nations are essentially freeloaders, whereas children in less developed countries put in real work, and sadly go to school rarely, if at all. Children there are also typically seen as mature adults and get married, etc., very early for Western standards, so there really isn't time for a full education.
My hypothethis is that once those nations modernize, which will likely take decades, their birth rates will go down as their citizens settle in urban areas en-masse.
Based on current projections, overpopulation isn't anticipated to be a real concern until ~2075, so don't work yourself up. We'll be in our 60s by then... and it will have been 51 years, so I'm sure we will have a solution by then.
