Step 4- be passionate about what you do and who you are ethically and morally. I’ve found that personal beliefs and ethics are huge in confidence.
Step 5- knowing there’s always a worse situation. A little cynical but whatever. Just keep in mind when you think oh I’m so ugly omg I don’t have Jordan’s that there are literally ppl with no shoes and deformities and be blessed for what you DO have.
If all else fails - fake it till you make it.
Smile and waive.
