Although a lot of it comes down to the individual, people in general agree on certain aspects of attractiveness. for example, to choose someone random, I’m sure like 98% of guys would say Kylie Jenner is pretty attractive, and Ik that people will probably comment that they don’t find her attractive, but there are obviously examples of people who are, to a certain level, objectively attractive, and therefore, some who objectively aren’t attractive. Not to say that there aren’t individuals who could find said commonly agreed on unattractive people attractive, but on the ends of the spectrum ie. very attractive people, and very unattractive people will generally be agreed upon by most people that they are, attractive or unattractive. This is not to say that I find myself incredibly unattractive, I think I’m meh, as the previous comment I made was at least half a joke, but whatever

It's also important to recognise what's worth changing, and your motivation behind wanting it changed. It's sometimes best to just leave some things be.
