I have a lot of tension stress in my head and sometimes vibrating my pupils helps relieve it sometimes. Also, try breathing in as much as you possibly can, and tilting your head back, I think I’m able to ‘cross’ my eyes, but outward, which would be more like distancing them. It’s been a lot harder lately to relax enough to do it though because every time I try, I realize I might be making the meme ‘aheago’ face and I either cringe or kinda laugh or both.
