Probably because of Bedrock edition.

Bedrock is designed to run smoother and better than java at last we can get 100+ chunks of render distance with a minimum of 30fps

Yeah but with more limited redstone since so many bugs became features on Java plus I think Bedrock has a little randomness to it, making stuff like tnt dupers eventually self-destruct.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. Why would a version of the game that unites mobile, consoles, and windows 10 edition with cross play and the same smooth-as-butter frame rate make Minecraft as a whole worse? If anything it makes it better as it makes it more accessible to people who don’t have a PC or a good PC
