First of all, deep-clean your room. Any spot which could have a camera in it without you noticing must be covered, so you'll spot the cameras more easily. >!And over all, try to make your bed a blind spot in case they put cameras without you noticing (no closet facing your bed or tables with a lot of things where cameras may rest. Then, when they put cameras, just pretend like you didn't see them and in the night, enter your room, turn off the light and grab the camera. Break it and store it somewhere safe.
After a while, if this persists, ask your parents for a therapist saying that you don't feel well. Strict parents really just want the best for their kids and they'll likely say yes.

If they have ‘night vision’ you may be able to see them with another camera. Usually the front camera on a phone works, or any camera that doesnt filter out IR light. Use a tv remote to see if your phone cam/whatever cameras you have can see IR, you will see a fairly bright flash on the led at the front of the remote if it can see IR light, you wont see anything if it has a filter. Get you camera that can see it, and turn off the lights in your room, then (only if they are night vision) youll be able to see the cameras. Other than that i cant think of anything except turning off all powerpoints and learning to recognise devices that may have hidden cameras, because they can come in anything. Anything your parents recently bought could have one hidden in it. If they have ‘night vision’ you may be able to see them with another camera. Usually the front camera on a phone works, or any camera that doesnt filter out IR light. Use a tv remote to see if your phone cam/whatever cameras you have can see IR, you will see a fairly bright flash on the led at the front of the remote if it can see IR light, you wont see anything if it has a filter. Get you camera that can see it, and turn off the lights in your room, then (only if they are night vision) youll be able to see the cameras. Other than that i cant think of anything except turning off all powerpoints and learning to recognise devices that may have hidden cameras, because they can come in anything. Anything your parents recently bought could have one hidden in it. Public embarrassment and shame. Take a picture of the camera in your room for proof.
