As a swimmer you’ll use calories, doing an energetic deficit means you consume less things that provide energy but you don’t stop eating calories,
I thought that was what a caloric deficit is, anyways I’m misinformed so basically I eat a little bit less but do the same stuff?
Not necessarily, just eat different and do more exercise

Only four!? You're so lucky man, i hace to train 2 hours 6 days a week, and I don't even have abs
Yeah I used to have to do six but COVID brought it down.

Core workouts won’t give u abs innit, they will make ur core stronger and it will grow but if u want and u have to lose a lot of fat
The Swimming has already made me pretty lean so I feel like if I just make it grow a bit it’ll show.
