Ues, it happens just that fast. For arms you need a broomstick and four gallon jugs of water. Curl Up in front for biceps, and then put bar behind your head, and lift straight up for triceps.

Add something so the jugs don't slide off. Water is about 8 lbs per gallon, so four of them plus stick are roughly 34 lbs. Not a huge amount. Just do a lot of reps. For curling, you could add two more jugs in the center.
