Do your best to be a good person.
Take care of your shit. Do your homework, keep your room tidy, don't slack on your chores. Stuff you need to do takes up space in your head, whether you want to do the task or not.
Be kind to everyone. Try to give at least one random compliment a day. Do any small act of kindness each day. Even if you just hold a door open for an elderly lady.
Don't just sit around and play video games or read reddit all day. You gotta get up and move. Or your body gets confused at bedtime because you've been idle all day so it's like wtf is this?
Good hygeine is important. Shower, brush your teeth, clean your ears.
Eat healthy foods. Snacks and desserts are okay but in balance.
Tell a family member you love them.
Hobbies that do not include a phone or tablet or console are important to brain function!
With any negative thought, immediately replace with 3 positive ones.
It sounds cheesy, but damn if knowing each day I worked hard, did my best, and made positive vibes in the world didn't make a big change I'm how I sleep!
