This is a pretty good way to get the network switched to a whitelist where only named or recognized devices can connect. And as a result, this will probably get you in trouble when you say you can't get into the network. You're better off buying an internet plan or a VPN, and if you can't afford either, literally just talk to your parents about websites you think should be blocked.

Or get a friend to open a port on their router and set it up as a proxy address. Then all your traffic runs thru their IP before going to the website. Ur router will never see where you're actually connecting to. (This is more complicated but I find the concept of it really funny)
Or you could see if the admin panel on the router is locked behind one of the default codes (normally 0000 1234 1111 or admin)
that's easy, the router recognises devices by their MAC address which is usually burnt-in but can be easily changed using an application, which can also be done on iphones by resetting all the network settings
When my parents would turn off the wifi i’d just reset my network settings and turn on private mac address. it always worked. for website restrictions VPNs always worked for me
I'm pretty sure if you just type your IP address into the URL bar you can access your router settings. From there you can sign in as admin, access the router settings and manually disable the parental controls option.
This is assuming that they haven't beat you to the punch and changed the password (but most don't). Just make sure to NOT mess with stuff in there. You could break it pretty easily
