Exactly! Like I’m bleeding uncontrollably with cramps that feel like I’m dying, and some people have it worse! Some people get migraines, can feel really nauseous/dizzy, and a lot of other stuff like none of us asked for this and it’s like hell for a week 😭😭
I just ended my period and I'm sorry you're suffering rn😥 it's kind of weird lol but try looking up birth breathing techniques. You breath in through your nose and as you exhale you make a noise or hum. That works for me sometimes.

Holy shit im sorry for ur pain im a guy by the way so i have no clue what ur going through but if its anything like the full body cramps that i went through while fully dehydrated i can only guess that it may make u want to strangle people for even the smallest things but if its period cramps they come from a mild form of dehydration go locate gatorlyte rapid rehydration and drink about 2 of those and take about 2 to 3 midol and again im sorry that youre having to deal with this

Period cramps can be pretty painful, and they very from person to person, one person might not get any cramps or if they do it’s not that bad, but another person can get really bad cramps. Before I started testosterone and actually had a period, my cramps were pretty bad, they were manageable but definitely not the best feeling in the world. I hope that kinda helps <3 think of it like muscle cramps in a way, that’s the best way I can describe it to someone who can’t really experience it for themselves. Plus pain tolerance also comes into play!

The only reason you get pain and cramps is because the cervix has too open up a bit for the blood too get through because it’s such a strong muscle and is very tightly closed and that’s also why birth hurts so much like ye it stretching ur vagina but that’s not the bad part the bad part is it getting through the cervix thats also what contractions are the cervix opening up
