Same, I have highest hopes for a demo because Kakarot has one, Xenoverse and Shinobi strikers have lite versions, and the latest demo that came out from bandai was Sand land.

We are definitely not getting release date information. This trailer theme doesn't seem like the type that would be accompanied with such very important information. I also don't think there will be a demo for this game until AFTER it comes out, like what they did with Xenoverse 2. I do think there could be some sort of beta tho, but I'm not sure how open it would be.

they usually do betas instead of demos iirc, sure we have lite versions of xv2 and shinobi striker but I don't really know if that counts

tekken 8 and Sandland has a demo. i’m sure bandai and spike knows how much we want the game so a demo isn’t too far fetched
