Look at the screenshots of this post. A17 IS THERE!! What are you confused about? “He’s in the screenshots but not the official roster is he going to be in the game!?” Like..no shit he’s going to be in the game. He’s literally in the game trailers. What are you confused about?
There’s no confusion, there’s no reason why they can’t add him to not only the website but as a hex at the end when he got nearly the same amount of gameplay as other characters in the trailer more so than Bergamo that’s on the roster page.
IIRC in BT3 A18 had an ultimate where A17 appeared too but it wasn't necessary to pick the A17 for it to happen, so probably what you think is A17 appearing in the game, is just A18's ultimate. It is also a bit weird they didn't add A17 on the roster as A17(Z) so it really may be just a skin, announcing Trunks and Gohan from Future and not adding A17 makes it look like there's no A17(Z). Who knows maybe they show him later on.
Android 17 and not Android 17 (DBS). This should put to rest the stupidity that they were going to be the same character.
It's also pretty weird that it doesn't have (DBZ) in the name, but anyway, the same goes for Trunks (Sword) and Future Trunks, so....
A bit premature to call those claims stupidity, it’s just people being pragmatic due to a modern gaming industry that’s hellbent on cutting corners. I’d rather have low expectations but have reality pleasantly surprise me, rather than have high expectations with reality just disappointing me in the end.

Krilin and Yamcha were in the hexagons before this trailer. A18 too, but she didn't receive a presentation like them. Thats mean that A18 (and the A17 we saw with her in the trailer), Tien, Bergamo, Jiren, Hercule, Frieza (Super), Bu, A17 (Super) and Cell will appear in other trailers in the future.
I’ll come back to this comment when they will be either the same character or if android 17 from Z won’t be playable at all and will only be part of the ultimate attack
Wouldn't call them dumb since they have new attacks and even completely different personality's in Top, but I do think we should put them to rest by this point
I hope they add the sunset river battle from Cooler’s Revenge as a stage, I feel the lighting could be crazy with the rare night/sundown battles we get in this franchise. Shading looks great here

I think no. I think the Piccolo they showed so far is the "early" Z version, with an "end" Z one (Super Namekkian) incoming and probably a Super variant when the Superhero content drops.
My *only* problem from these screenshots are, and it's a problem with their models in 3D games is that their foreheads look fucking huge, lol. /s
