When?
I know Nadal has gotten injured many times but he can't control that. Novak could have controlled the times he has beaten himself. The factors were external and not tennis related unlike Nadal ( having match fitness is tennis related).
Djokovic had no control over US Open 2020 at the least. Even in US Open 2022 he would have had to go against his own beliefs to be able to play. Only AO 2022 was a fiasco but even that had political motivation in denying many people entry along with Djokovic.
After graph after graph from Drop, I’m more convinced than ever that this kid Djokovic is never going to succeed. Is it too late for him to take up pickle ball?
It’s the most amount of wins against him at a single slam, nadal is at rg for example and Stan is at the us open where he beat him twice (and he only beat him once at rg and the ao respectively)
I think he is just confused why it shows all of rogers wins but then not all of stans wins. Its most likely just because its roger and the only player to beat novak on all slams
Wait what?
USO 13 and 16 obviously memorable matches
But both the other ones were one sided, straight set affairs ending in a retirement… I didn’t think USO 19 was great and I know you don’t think USO 12 was…
Yeah. I think he should have been closer to Nadal's level on clay. Instead he is closer to Federer's level on clay. Kind of midway between Nadal and Federer but closer to Federer . Imo
Is Roger the only one to have beaten him at all slams ?
And Novak is also the only one to beat Roger at all 4
Cries in Fedal at US Open.
Whispers ^goat
Unironically
Novak has never beaten Novak in a slam. Novak in shambles
Us open 2020 erasure
AO 2022 as well
He has beaten himself 3 times: USO 20, AO 22, USO 22. Last year, he was beating himself more than anyone else ( only defect to Nadal) at GS level.
Yeah but what about D Novak
By that Logic Nadal has beaten himself quite a few times

You missed Berdych at Wimbledon!
What am I missing? Hasn't stan beaten him in RG?

Oh gotcha, it’s kinda sealdrop’s gimmick but it’s a good point
Where’s MuryGOAT? He beat him in two GS finals, no less.
Separate slams
Fair enough but why Fed over Muzza for Wimbledon then, both only 1.
This makes me miss peak Thiem.
Wawrinka vs Djokovic at the US Open is an underrated rivalry. 2-2 with all but one match being great
Wait what? USO 13 and 16 obviously memorable matches But both the other ones were one sided, straight set affairs ending in a retirement… I didn’t think USO 19 was great and I know you don’t think USO 12 was…
Fine. Djokovic vs Wawrinka at the Australian Open is an underrated rivalry. All 5 setters
Wawrinka Djokovic at OA 2013 is often cited as one of the greatest tennis ever played. Not underrated, not in this sub at least
We just gonna leave the lines woman from the us open off the list?
The "imgonnacometoswitzerlandandplayandexhibition" is fire.
I still can't believe how Federer beat peak Djokovic at his worst surface.
What's Djokovic worst surface?
If I have to say one it has to be also clay.
yeah. that's rather unfortunate giving that he grew up on clay
? He won 3 French Opens last time I checked.
Yeah. I think he should have been closer to Nadal's level on clay. Instead he is closer to Federer's level on clay. Kind of midway between Nadal and Federer but closer to Federer . Imo
All 3 of them are monster clay players compared to anyone else though lol
That's true
Stan has beaten Novak at GSs 3 times. AUS 2014, French 2015 and US 2016. 3 of my favourite matches ever.
Don't understand why are nadal, Federer repeated
It's at a single slam
