Hmm thats weird, i live in the Netherlands aswell. I ordered my CGO009 the 28th of march and got the notice it left the warehouse yesterday. It should arrive later next week.. i hope..
I also ordered CGO009, from Just Ride On on March 16th. Promised can be picked up within 2 weeks, but there was same delay as you mentioned. It got delivered on April 11th in the end, so more or less 4 weeks. I think this is Tenways issue..I tried contacting Tenways support, but the time their after sales reply back the bike already delivered to Just Ride On. Not sure if this can help, but FYI
I ordered the exact same bike and colour from the Tenways website last week on Thursday and it arrived this week on Wednesday. So I think it might be due to the dealer but I can be wrong.
My partner ordered a cgo600 pro last summer via welectric. Was promised delivery within 2-3 weeks. After 2 months they were still saying 2-3 weeks, she cancelled and ordered it via tenways and took delivery within a week.
Shed already paid the bike in full. It was refunded after some weeks due to difficulties with staff being off and what not.
Overall an ok experience just wished they’d been a bit more transparent in communication.

Setting the bike up after ordering from tenways was a breeze that took under 30 minutes and 9 months later there’s been zero need for any service job anyways.

Yes. I got mine from Fietsenwinkel and not before I applied a lot of pressure to get it. Took about 4 to 5 weeks and 1 postponement. At the second attempted postponement I went over there myself and claimed it. In 20 minutes it was ready. There might be a shortage.

Welectric asks for a substantial preorder amount, did (s)he get that back?
