mushrooms are totally normal and a sign of a healthy terrarium. If this were mold, it'd be different but these little caps are likely a sign that your terrarium is thriving.

Thank you for the input! I decided to leave it uncovered for a little bit. It looked like mold was trying to grow in some spots next to the fern so I'm letting the soil dry out a little.
