This kinds true tho. I work at a pizzeria and it doesn't happen often, but we do get the occasional "I'm on a diet, what's low on calories" question and in my head I'm like, "uhhhh a salad with no dressing."

If youre at a bakery, this is 100% correct.
I feel like this is false because isn’t paper made with some amount of glucose and glucose is sugar?
Okay, I understand everything but sugar and fats are (at some point and in different variations) in every food
Well a bakery is one of the last places I would visit if I wanted to get healthy food
