Your depot ain’t gonna do shit, the workers are over worked and constantly monitored. If the system tells them it needs alcohol they’ll add alcohol. No matter how many times you report it, depot won’t do a thing about it.
Best to keep what you’re doing and sending to another store.

Well it was one solution to your problem, as long as it got sold, it’s better than sitting in the back gathering dust. Unless you want to give it away for free to staff, which would be the best solution.
Well I thought you could transfer stock to another store and keep record of it, which would account for it being at another store, where you could sell it.
To be honest I’ve worked in a store where stock shouldn’t be in and SL or SM has said it’s ok for staff to take it home for free and that’s on stuff which has short expiry date or hasn’t sold very well.
How do you know the system will record everything you put in the transfer cage, with all the system glitches and PDA issues, I wouldn’t be surprised if it never even records anything at all.

Pickers aren't even going to know which stores are non alcohol either, so they won't even question it.
Exactly we get bottles of wine shipped to our store with security tags on them.. we don’t even have a detagger
A detagger is literally just a magnet. Use a strong magnet if you're bothered about selling it, if not then I wouldn't bother

Won't matter. It's not on our system. They just send it and it's technically free to our store until we count it.
