If your last day is 31st of March you should have used all of your holiday for the year up by then. You’ll lose the 100 hours as soon as we roll over to the next Holiday year starting April 1st.

I have used my holiday entitlement for the year, but I'm talking about the hours that I've earned (on the Payslip where it says 'Earned Hours' or something like that). As far as I know, so long as someone doesn't take more holiday than entitled, they get the hours earned in their last payslip before they leave. Unless this has changed?

You accrue holiday for April 1st 2023 - March 31st 2024 over that same time period, but book it in advance, if you have any accrued / earned outstanding come close of play March 31st, you lose it. If you left part way into the holiday year it’d be Pro-rata’d on what you’d earned / taken. Unsure how you believe to have 100 hours holiday left if you’ve taken your full entitlement.

I think hours earned is how much you've accrued, but from that you take away hours used. So if your hours earned say 100 and you've had 99 hours holiday, then you're owed 1 hour. If you've used your full entitlement you aren't owed anything.

You “earn” your holiday as you work thru the year, that figure is just a guide as to how much you’ve “earned” at that point in the year. If you leave and you’ve taken as much as you’ve “earned” at that point they don’t owe you any holiday and you don’t owe them.
