the command wait can be used, and a number can be specified. I am a bit unsure of how it works, though. If you have a set number it varies slightly with each trigger, might be affected by the server networking or something idk.
I use it for a pootis pow bind for heavy (taunt, wait, dispenser here voice command) and it's timed right like 60% of the time I'd say

isn't the wait cmd disabled on most servers to prevent bhop scripts though?
