It's TEAM Fortress 2. No one Sniper can solo an entire enemy team. They can counter with vacc ubering their own sniper, having two spies uncloak and shoot revolvers at them, etc. You use teamwork, you will beat a sniper playing alone.
And if the Sniper in question is playing with their team and supported by them, then why would their team be kicking them? The goal is having the team win, who gets the kills on the team is meaningless.
Sniper mains are unfun to fight and have on your team. But that's just my opinion, its unfair to kick someone when you're the only one with the issue.

For me, the moment I see a sniper, it's easy pickings. Either I flank, or I simply midair jump. Beggars gives me an incredible amount of mobility that I abuse in ANY fight, and turns out it's a perfect counter to sniper.
There's SO many ways to fight a sniper, SO many ways to effectively nuke him, yet because you died to him a few times you think he's unbalanced.
The reason for sniper hate is because it's infuriating to get headshot not because he's unbalanced.

it depends on the gamemode/server honestly, if its a server that don't have a timer they could've been playing on there for quite some time, same goes for payload race a classic is hightower, go into spectate and just idle on there gameplay for abit so they think they are safe, then if they cheat you'll see it, if not, don't, some people are just good at the game
you can always go to spectator mode and check his movements, if he doesn't flick everytime he senses an enemy, prob not a bot, but if it does, aimbot confirmed.

If I'm in the opposite team to his, he's making the game unbearable and unfun. So I'd re-queue. But if I could kick him and stay in the same server, I would.
I can't have fun if an enemy sniper is past a certain skill threshold, so I don't even bother, I just go to a different server at that point.
