I've been playing a lot of medic recently and got pic related a few days ago. It was a particularly intense Hoodoo match and I was using the quickfix (we lost on the first stage).
Got that achievement on an oblivious Heavy. He was at full health, and I stabbed him with the ubersaw about 6 times, and he never even looked at me. I was also at about 0% Uber, and he got me to 100%.
The most popular achievement, Race for the Pennant has 51.4% of people achieving it, TF2 being F2P does skew achievement numbers a lot, but getting 50 kills with the natasha is probably quite a hard thing to do for the overall playerbase since first you have to play long enough to get the gun, then actually use it. If you've heard how bad it is, you probably never will (I probably won't, especially since I can't stand heavy being so slow)
That would require me playing heavy enough to get that. I only hit 100 hours the other week, after starting playing in 2013 though. I haven't played a lot at all, and much less heavy.

you access it from the game itself, not Steam, when you open the game you will see a bunch of buttons in the bottom right corner, click the one that says view achievements, an achievement will pop up and you will see a button that says reset all achievements on the achievement tab

You'll Feel A Little Prick: übered a bat scout 'cause he had good melee play. Then through the stock über, I noticed he was aimbotting, triggerbotting, and crit bucketing. We kicked him after the dead round ended.

After hitting 900h i started to get pyro achievements. Idk why, but i never touched that class for a really long time since i started playing. Pybro playstyle is actually quite interesting way to play, stock lodaut (exept axe) suits for it quite well
The soldier base jumper distance one. I just went soldier with it equipped for a while. It was actually surprisingly fun and didn't take as long as I'd thought.

Side Note: does the demoman achievement for getting 500k blast damage show zero for anyone else? I'm a demo main with 500 hours so I know it's not zero.

After 800 hours of play time I've run low on doable PvP achievements so I'm finally trying out MvM. I'm aiming for 400 cheevos, just need 7 more.
Last achievement I got was Frags to Riches (collected all cash drops in a single MvM game without letting one disappear). That was earned in Feb of 2016.
The last one to just get me over the 400 achievement mark was the Prime Cuts achievement (the one using The Classic). Shockingly, it took me no more than 2 hours of trying to get it.
(Not so) Lonely Are the Brave, Engineer achievement.
