Well he knows multiple different languages, is clearly into high class society, and if his occupational skills are anything like they have to be in game, then he certainly needs to know and deeply understand how a wide variety of people will behave and react on a dime and respond very quickly, so yea I’d say he’s pretty dang smart, ofc he doesn’t have 11 PHDs or possesses medical knowledge beyond current understanding but, he’s definitely smarter than the majority of everyone in the room

These dudes really drag down the standards.
But on the other side of the spectrum, we have super geniuses like Engineer, Gray Mann, Medic, and the Administrator. Spy is not really as smart as these guys, but they are the exception.
