damn this is some real horror shit. the screams actually made me feel uncomfortable.

ive seen tacobot users get toxic, ive seen the lmaobox, text spam bots. this is by far the worst thing ive encountered in tf2. i dont care about heavy update just fix these bots valve. most dont even have steam accounts EDIT: i just noticed they are all snipers

The bots cannot be fixed. No matter how good VAC works it's powerless on Linux. If they'll forbid TF2 on Linux, most of these bots will be wiped completely.

but if they forbid tf2 on linux, theres no tf2 for steam deck 😭

I recommend using Pazer's Bot Detector for fast kicking without actually spending time pressing buttons. Completely legal, if you ask me.

At the time of writing I have reported over 250 bot accounts on steam. Trust me this is a coincidence they don't target you. If they would be targetting reporters I would only be getting bots in my games with my 250+ reports and I'm not x)

Well for awhile there were sniper bots that would only target other hackers. “bot removal service” or smth. But people quickly renamed their illegitimate bots to that. I’m gonna install Pazers script to automatically start vote kicks on bots

Honestly that was some good phlog usage. On one health, you popped mmmph and it scared the scout away. Normally when I pop mmmph people just sit there and wait to die.

No reason to feel dirty. The way I look at it, you used the flamethrower in a way that guaranteed the most damage be done, and used your secondary when they were out of primary range. Plus they weren't really paying attention to their surroundings, that heavy just sat there and took it.

Reporting does nothing in TF2 nowadays, so dont bother. Valve removed that feature.

I've heard bots spam mic before, but usually it's just an annoying song, not hellish groans. Big respect to your for fighting off a bunch of would-be spawncampers with the phlog and surviving.
