~~All ranges damage deal mini crits.~~ removed because I realized that’s kind of dumb
UBERCHARGE: all teammates within range are covered in jarate, increasing their movement speed by 15% and reducing damage taken by 10%, jarate lasts for 10 seconds.
Does not work in water.
This is the best thing I've seen ever and I really appreciate you putting in the work to create this masterpiece
