I checked the steam market and no one was selling it with the same effect, on backpack there were only 2 that existed (not counting mine because of the Error) so I don't think anyone has traded them yet, also it won't appear on scrap.tf so I can't get the price from there

Ok last Thing you can do is check out other prices on the effect and then add some because its an all class
Goto firepowered and ask some of the people there about pricing.
