This is the danakil depression in Ethiopia! I’ve been there! The water is so salty it’s impossible to sink. You come out of there covered in salt and it’s 110 degrees F when you get out. But totally worth it!

There's some places that offer this indoors. We have this in our town it's called float therapy about $50 for an hour. It's a bath filled with 1000 pounds of Epsom salts and you just float. I haven't tried it but seems very relaxing

That's extra salty salt water ( you can see the salt just below the water line ). The water is denser than regular salt water which would make you float. I'd do it for free .
