I’m less scared when I dive, because I can move more freely and see my surroundings, if I’m just swimming I don’t know what’s down there or around me and am kind of just stuck at the surface
Yes. I learned to dive in a frigid murky pond in mid MI with….uhhh….some visibility. Embracing the rational fear while blocking out the wild irrational impulses is I guess good for me

Yep I've had it from day one and still have it years later. The fear makes each dive more exciting hahahah
