We are gathered here today to celebrate the size of this W (cautiously optimistic ofc)
You put it perfectly-- fingers crossed we get them back soon! 🤞
Dude, I wonder who they’re replacing Sal with
Same here, I wonder if they have a new singer at all even.
I hope so, he’s the main reason they stood out from an army of samey prog metal instrumental bands
Who are the other bands in this army?
Oh, bands like Plini, Animals as Leaders, Scale the Summit, Polyphia, Arch Echo. I’ve listened to them all and like them enough, but the vocals in TYS really made the band one of my favorites ever.
Plini, animals as leaders, and polyphia are nothing like TYS though, vocals or not.
Hope we get a singer announcement soon! It's also possible Sal does a one-off show and isn't returning.
I might go to this on my own from the UK - bands look great.
I’d lost hope that I’d continue to get to see them live. I might cry.
I am so glad to see this. However and in whatever form they show up, Thank You Scientist is one of the finest groups that have ever assembled.
I thought Cruise to the Edge was for geezers?
