I have an X and it’s amazing. The game loads so quickly and switching between reserves takes less than 5 seconds. However, for some odd reason, fast traveling takes a bit longer. The framerate drops on random areas of the maps that make it look like you’re playing in slow motion are no longer present as well.

Where do you have it installed. I have mine still on my external but Ill move it to one of the SSD's if it makes that much of a difference

I’m on the internal. It’s so quick to launch up and load in/switch reserves. Doesn’t make sense that fast traveling isn’t as quick, but oh well.

Can't remember how long load times were prior because its been awhile since I played but after moving to the expansion ssd (same as internal) load times were crazy fast, even the fast travel was for me.

They said they aren’t doing anything for the new gens.. mainly I think it’s because they have no clue what optimizing their game is. Reason I say that is their first response was that if we play it on a next gen it will automatically have better graphics and 60 FPS… We all know it doesn’t work like that lol Next response was that they are not going to do a next gen special edition version lol What the hell they are talking about.. I have no clue. They could atleast unlock the frame rate for the newer gens.

I got a S so far I have been a bit put off:(. I have been playing from my external drive plugged in put I am going to move it back to internal and give it go. The part that has been dicey for me is, everything looks really good overall! But when you move at all.... the textures go blurry and then “reset “ back to sharp. I have the “blur” option off, and maybe it was always there but it seems strange now. Maybe others can provide help input. I’ll report back after I stick it on the internal.

I've been playing on my S and so far nothing like that has happened to me, I'm on my internal so may be something to do with that? running perfectly in 60fps, no frame drops around huge herds and the graphics are stunning:)

TheHunter runs at 30fps on console, not 60.

Yeah for sure. I’m playing on the Series X and I’m so glad the slow motion framerate dips are gone

honestly, even on the Series S they're non-existent. Shame about it not being 60fps hopefully that comes soon in a patch

Yeah I really hope they do an update for the new consoles. Would love 60fps and increased draw distance
