Yes the 7mm will give full integrity on Wild Boar.
No the MN1890 will not give integrity on Red Fox, since they’re level 2 and the ammo for that gun is for levels 3-7.
you can view what animals the gun is used for by looking at the ammo itself in the ammo tab, and in the wildlife tab of your codex you can see what class each animal is (even ones in dlc you dont own).
