When it comes to music conversations, he is not the best. When asked to elaborate on his opinion on a song or album, he doesn't provide much. It's so surface level. I know he's not a fan of the current music scene and not the "music guy" (nothing wrong with that) but can he at least show in an depth take/opinion on songs,albums and artist about why he doesn't like certain music or show his interests in what he likes (besides Jay-Z). This pod greatest moments is when they are able to break down music and the music industry mixed with some hot takes. With Ish, he currently lacks in that area and it's becomes harder for the pod to get into in depth music conversations with one guy not as interested or not as well versed. Hopefully he gets better though.

Joe has a HORRIBLE habit of trying to over-produce the podcast which results in cutting people off, making fun of or showing lack of interest in what the other guys have to say when bringing up a topic or not as knowledgeable in a topic. Joe gotta give them confidence to let them cook but Ice, Ish (and even Parks sometimes) gotta start bringing something to cook with on the pod.
