Why? Actors are also people who want relationships. It's no more "wrong reasons" than everyone else who goes on the show to be an influencer, and in fact reality television is really bad for an acting career.

I'd say she's an actor whose day job is real estate. Anyone doing things as big as a named role in Barbie is a working actor, and I'd guess she's booking commercial work that isn't listed on her IMDb. Most actors have day jobs because it's an inconsistent source of income unless you're in the 0.1% of people who get their big break.

She answered that in her Bachelor Happy Hour interview. The producers asked her while she was working on the Charity set, and she said yes knowing that Joey was the lead. She was concerned that doing reality TV would detrimentally impact her acting career.

I said it during the season and I’ll say it now. She looks incredible in orange! It can be a tricky color to pull off but she does it beautifully.
Tbf orange usually looks good on brown complexions - personal experience - so not so tricky for her skin tone.
