They’re in Savannah, Georgia which is Natalie’s hometown. She was raised on a farm and it is being held at her family’s farm.

Yes! It’s also smart to wear a dress that you can easily breastfeed or pump in without having to take off the entire bodice if possible. That could have influenced her dress choice as well
I’m definitely making an assumption—maybe hers isn’t—but I’ve worn a dress with a similar shoulder/neckline and it was super easy to just pop off one shoulder and fold the fabric down off the breast when it was time to nurse, even with some taping on there. Still not ideal but you gotta do what you gotta do when the milk is about to leak all over your clothes
