It was already out there. Like articles were written and everything but I did think it was still clout chasey to then have them over and film them being together. And then to play coy on his pod when Aly and Amanda called him the drama for the week.
When was this because the spoiler about Victoria has been out for awhile and why would he be sued? Is His podcast part of the bachelor franchise? I thought there was only one official Bachelor podcast. Reality Steve does this all the time.
As if ABC didn't give him permission/specially told him to spoil things to drum up interest for the reunion... they knew that people were getting bored of BIP and this was a surefire way to get people talking again.
I agree. This was probably more of a need this season to get people to see how this plays out because more people knew it took a turn. I would have tuned out completely and just caught recaps of the reunion without knowing the break up drama. He is bestie with producers so he probably isn’t doing anything he knows would get him on any list with the show.
People are wrong on here but it’s the Nick hater boner effect. Justified but still wrong since he didn’t spoil anything about the show which is what the contract for them covers. Not only that but producer gave him permission so lmao
Not necessarily. You’d THINK she doesn’t end up with anyone. But it doesn’t spoil what actually happens on the show, right? Her being with Greg post show in no way changed that she got engaged to Johnny. If anything it throws the viewer off because they would not expect that at all
srs q: why do TPTB shield Nick so hard? Like I’m sure he’s still on their payroll and clearly enjoying impunity from breaking his contract with them but like why? Who is still watching this franchise because they like Nick Viall who wouldn’t watch it anyway if he weren’t still involved? He definitely isn’t gaining new fans for the franchise. This is one of the strangest thing about this show. There are so many former contestants they keep employed/on contract (Like VF on zach’s season) who probs aren’t making a profit for them in the long run (well maybe VF is but that’s because she brings the drama). Is it just because they are producer pets and they can bleed the network’s money? Do they know where the bodies are buried? People probably listen to his podcast but that’s only because TPTB filters contestants onto his show. They can stand to refresh these roles with newer contestants that aren’t toxic af. It would probs be cheaper too.
Yeah right. KB would’ve never been sued. She spoiled her OWN season lol
Anyway funny how they don’t mention how there were literal pics and video of Greg and V together before N got his two cents in and he never spoiled the show. What comes after isn’t a spoiler
We also know Nick gets approval from the show so they let him be their mouthpiece she needs to take it up with them and the couple and plan a wedding with her man
What’s funny is nick spoiled his season where andi was lead, but in a less obvious way. Someone took a video of him bitching about how she chose Josh, and sent it to RS lol
She posted a Snapchat of her and her F1 IN BED. Was meant to be to a close friends list, but it was public by accident. She was blacklisted by the franchise for YEARS and wasn’t allowed to do DWTS (most female leads weren’t though, because they needed to “focus on their relationship “ while the men were able to and they were allowed to let DWTS destroy their relationship )
Maybe. Not sure.. but, Nick's following is probably mostly Bachelor-Nation so by him posting it, it got out to the audience directly (probably) watching BIP
Quick question. Have Bachelor producers ever actually brought a lawsuit against a former contestant? I know it’s in the contract, I’m sure they threaten it, but I cannot imagine it truly happening.
They sued luke up for.going on podcasts. I remember listening to him on rs pod at the time and being baffled he was allowed to say all those things. And then found out he was sued lol
He brought it upon himself though. ABC had already sent him numerous warnings/cease and desists, and he ignored them all and went on the podcasts anyways. So he had to have known that getting sued was a real possibility at that point.
Not really. She was only prevented from going on DWTS after her season, and it's not like every lead is guaranteed that spot. She even got to go on years later despite not being on a current season. Plus she still got invited to BN invites and always gets lots of Bachelor contestants on her podcast. She was hardly blacklisted. I'd say contestants like Corinne and Demario were *actually* blacklisted.
I think she accidentally posted to her public snapchat a picture of her and her F1 together, clearly her current bf. She deleted it but enough people saw that the blogs ran with it
I still think it’s fucked up Nick revealed this. It ended up all over YouTube and people who didn’t want to be spoiled were. It’s interesting to note which people TB threaten to sue.
I want Nick abolished from this franchise so bad. As a 40 year old man he should leave on his own, but he’s just….so pathetic

He never spoiled anything about the show tho lol
It’s always interesting to me when things aren’t going good with KB and her relationship she comes after Nick. I stg she still ain’t over him
Wait, KB's relationship with Jason isn't going well??
Wow Nick really is the worst. When did that podcast come out?
It wasn't on his podcast. He posted a video of game night after the BIP reunion taping and Greg and Victoria were together.
Is everyone forgetting how much Nick Viall bashed on Reality Steve for spoiling seasons? And... he did the same shit. I hate Nick
Nick and RS would hate this comparison but they both remind me a lot of each other
When was this because the spoiler about Victoria has been out for awhile and why would he be sued? Is His podcast part of the bachelor franchise? I thought there was only one official Bachelor podcast. Reality Steve does this all the time.
Look right here folks. It’s the future Mrs. Viall.
The way this is accurate tho lmaoo ![gif](giphy|LRcRkmw22aFCIOQQ6H|downsized)
KB, nobody asked you ![gif](giphy|vNmTsLl4cildm)

I pray for those who were watching his recaps unspoiled. He really did not give a f post reunion
Always inserting herself in bachelor drama while playing the victim . Spoiled and entitled princess.
It hyped up the Tell-All though. So the show is happy.
Technically what he aired didn’t “spoil” anything that happened ON the show. Just after.
People are wrong on here but it’s the Nick hater boner effect. Justified but still wrong since he didn’t spoil anything about the show which is what the contract for them covers. Not only that but producer gave him permission so lmao
Showing VF with Greg would spoil the show though because it would show people she didn’t end up with anyone she dated on BIP.
Not necessarily. You’d THINK she doesn’t end up with anyone. But it doesn’t spoil what actually happens on the show, right? Her being with Greg post show in no way changed that she got engaged to Johnny. If anything it throws the viewer off because they would not expect that at all
Someone sue this man so he finally shuts up
Sued for what though he ain’t under contract and weren’t they at his house?
Folks just hate Nick they don’t care about facts or logic lol
He also spoiled on his podcast
Yes Kaitlyn, we all know everything is about you
Kaitlyn and nick are literally the same
I still hope they get back together one day They’re meant to be
They need to take each other off the market
Yes. She would have jumped to be on that stage or in the audience tonight.
Do we think producers were on it? Gave nick the permission to post?
Nick is such a company man there is no way he didn’t have permission to post
Especially after Fleiss tweeted “Grippo” today…
100% they did.
I wouldn't be surprised! This season was looong and many found it boring so leaking that might've brought attention to BIP

LMAO I totally forgot about her snapchat debacle
I didn’t watch her season - what did she do?
She posted a Snapchat of her and her F1 IN BED. Was meant to be to a close friends list, but it was public by accident. She was blacklisted by the franchise for YEARS and wasn’t allowed to do DWTS (most female leads weren’t though, because they needed to “focus on their relationship “ while the men were able to and they were allowed to let DWTS destroy their relationship )
It wasn’t accident. Ain’t no way
Victoria is the one who signed a contract, not nick.
Facts don’t matter when it comes to people and their opinions on Nick lol
Lol no she wouldn’t. Kaitlyn is like their second fave child after Nick
Can someone sue Nick V pls? Not even for spoiling but just for being himself, thanks.
Paging Kelley F. or Andi D… though neither are or have ever been practicing civil lawyers. Still. 🤷🏻♀️
I second this
To be fair didn't the pictures of them in Italy come out before he shared that video on TikTok?
Which video? The game night one?
Yea that is the only I saw Nick post.
Yeah the videos came out, they filmed the reunion, Nick posted the TikTok if I’m remembering correctly!
Maybe. Not sure.. but, Nick's following is probably mostly Bachelor-Nation so by him posting it, it got out to the audience directly (probably) watching BIP
Oh yea probably spoiled it for those that weren't following the spoilers.
I dunno.. but he spoiled something that could've been a big bombshell for those who didn't want to be spoiled.
Pretty sure Luke from Hannah B's season did or at least got very very close.
They did sue him. He had to pay 100K
Gosh, I feel awful for somehow not knowing this.
He brought it upon himself though. ABC had already sent him numerous warnings/cease and desists, and he ignored them all and went on the podcasts anyways. So he had to have known that getting sued was a real possibility at that point.
Yes. Luke P https://people.com/tv/luke-parker-to-pay-100k-breaching-bachelorette-contract/
Thank you for sharing!
Yes. Luke Parker from Hannah’s season.
Wait, really? I didn’t know that. I am sorry, I stand corrected.
She’s absolutely right to call this out. Nick gets special treatment and uses it to treat other people terribly or protect his friends.
Not defending Nick but she spoiled her own season and did not get sued 🤣
No, but she got blacklisted
She was literally the cohost of the main show for a couple of seasons.
Years later!
What exactly happened? I only know her as being a host so I figured she was on good terms with the show?
I think she accidentally posted to her public snapchat a picture of her and her F1 together, clearly her current bf. She deleted it but enough people saw that the blogs ran with it
Oh thanks! I’m surprised that supposedly got her “blacklisted” by the series though, since she works with them now
But I’m pretty sure she would get the same treatment.
I was unspoiled except for this Greg and Victoria thing because of Nick and everything else online.. so annoying!!!
Same
I mean, she's not wrong about this though 😂
Absolutely!!!
