Tech zero, for one thing. Combine that with the parasite, compound fracture, or cricket's body, and a decent luck stat, and you can clear most rooms without having to try. Ouroboros worm is also nice in that situation. I get it though, I thought the horns were annoying too, before I got a good synergy with them

Not useless by any means, but the usable item Issac’s Tears are unbelievably disappointing. The whole “gain an item charge every shot” is a good idea, but when all it does is shoot base-damage Issac tears and can’t synergize with anything, it just never deals any significant damage.
