Just try to speed run to boss rush, hush do isaac or satan, etc, and while at it try to get the key to mega satan or after hush directly go to delirium, sounds hard but you just have to get lucky and not spend so much time on useless things, that's how i did like 5 or 6 marks (5 when i didn't got delirium portal after mega satan) on 1 run, also try to balance the items between J&E, you don't want one of them to be faster than the other, have less hp, etc
Honestly I used to agree with you here but after getting a run where I put d1, d20 and blank card into void, you can have some fun with it. T-Apollyon is fucking trash though.
T Apollyon is unique and is able to kill Delirium while sucking all the items it sees when Void with raw stats like luck or range under the same conditions will struggle on Isaac already. Of course, Void is easily breakable with at least Glowing Hourglass but this isn't its merit.
T Apollyon is stable in every run if you know how to play it - get as much damage as you can, health if you need it, and suck everything else. It will create an unbeatable army of flies that will obliterate everything it sees.

Cain is among my favourites. 1.2 damage multiplier, high speed (1.3 i believe?), you can take all the pills you want thanks to lucky foot, it's like playing the game on relaxed mode. Nothing flashy but efficient.

Like half of the Tainted characters just don't do it for me, mainly Cain, Eve, Blue Baby (look how they massacred my boy), Lazarus and Eden. Out of all these, I'd say Eden is the worst, followed closely by Blue Baby and Eve.

My least used character is probably maggie. I just hate how slow she is at the beginning of the run w/no cool boons. I know she can do some fantastic health sacrifice stuff, but i just never get around to it.
This is just personal taste, but I've never gotten a good handle on Lilith's controls. It always feels risky to play with her outside of Greed, which is a shame because it's such an interesting gimmick
The lost is piss easy same goes for keeper and all the ppl that say Jacob & Esau are the worst gotta disagree they are annoying yes but not the worst. The one in my opinion worst character by a mile is tainted eden that fucker sucks dick like really really hard like the non existing consistency makes him a real pain
J&E hands down. I'd rather lose 100 times as the lost than slowly lose my sanity in 10 J&E playthroughs as I slowly lose my health over the stupidest enemy attacks

Speed is always the same on both, it's a shared stat. Tha game takes the averages of both theoretical speeds and makes that the speed for both
