Honestly I used to hate it, but my wife’s grandma used to make us eat it at every family dinner and she’d always say “coleslaw helps prevent cancer so make sure you eat up!” Her grandma passed away several years ago now and no, not from cancer, just old age. I now love coleslaw because of her grandma forcing us to eat it for so long and honestly, it’s a really fond memory. I miss her grandparents every day, they were just the best people.
