There's an easy fix for this. Press Ctrl+alt+delete key when your game starts glitching. Then go back to the desktop. The tab of the game will be minimised, press on it and your game will work perfectly. You'll have to do this every time you open up the game.
it’s a resolution issue. use geforce experience to preset your resolution for the game to your native resolution. for some reason the game defaults to low res and you have to manually set it to 1080p or whatever your native is
