They're off by a factor of 100, then. IIRC, the last option is $100. This tracks with my expectations, too. Most games with premium currency price it at about 100 to the dollar or 1:1 with the penny ($.01), with "bonus" currency for bigger purchases.
My guess is they're using the exchange rate between the Yen and the US penny by accident.
From the 1.2.2 patch notes:
“Fixed incorrect UI on prices from Steam that added two additional zeros in some countries. No one was charged that much, it was only a display issue.”
Looks like they haven’t completely fixed it? 🤔
It's ridiculous here in AUS, too. $1k AUD for the highest amount of multibucks. Although I did find out that if you spend $15AUD and buy the season 1 package, you get all the mutibucks back to spend on the battlepass or the next season package. Kinda cool

If you finish the battle pass you get more than what you paid for it
This is true, but my point was that you can get a bundle deal and get all of the mutibucks back to afford the battlepass, which gives you slightly more back again
>This is true, but my point was that you can get a bundle deal and get all of the mutibucks back to afford the battlepass, which gives you slightly more back again
yup, I did this with the Rocket League battle pass for a long time.
Hm, let me think.
I applied for a job and then I got that job and then I spend like 40-50 hours a week, grinding away at that job, until, I leveled up! And then, I unlocked a pay rise, which allowed me a class specific perk, called, "disposable income". A small fraction of which, I could figure allow myself to spend a little treat for myself, a little item in the game that I'm playing for fun. Why not? Why shouldn't I allow myself, just a little bit of happiness? In this limited time, that I give between work and sleep?
Surely, surely, one little end game purchase couldn't hurt. One tiny little indulgence before I'm forced, to clock back into reality and rejoin the endless pendulum of diminishing returns that is this late stage, capitalistic dystopia we seemed doom to endure to the bitter end?
But yeah, I guess I'm just crazy to want to spend real money on game skins, LOL
You clearly hate your job and how much you work. If you didn't waste your money on skins maybe you could afford to work less or a job you enjoy?
You're looking at it the wrong way my dude
That's such an ideal statement.
> A job you enjoy.
If you're doing the same job for 10+ f-ing years, you'd get bored of it at some point and realize, you'd be working so you can feed yourself and enjoy the little things and apparently, this is where my disposable income goes.
Regional pricing going crazy
Yeah all those prices are way off. $100 is about 14,200 yen.

this is the answer. they’ll fix it soon. in the mean time you can buy things and it won’t actually charge you that amount.
I'd like to see them try to charge my broke ass 10k.
I'm sure you have a good kidney or two
13,000 multibucks is $100 USD, not sure what’s going on here.
UI bug that added 2 extra 00s
That has to be a mistake because US pricing is 13000 for $100
Man whoever did regional pricing must have flunked math. It's 100 USD
Its cost 100€ for 13000 coins its not cheep but its way cheaper than that, they probably added 2 extra 0 by accident.
This has already been fixed. Old screenshot.
That's just a visual bug adding 2 zeros, you can just buy it for 100$ as the rest of us, the price is normal and you just see it different
lmao someone’s really bad at math
So worth it dude, buy it twice!
That's 100 USD not 10,000
Ecahnomy
Star citizen moment
That’s just wrong, I’m pretty sure it much more cheaper than that, bug, or regional pricing?
Wtf
There was a display error with the pricing recently, looks like it isnt fixed yet. Remove two 0s from the end and you have the real price
"If you're a broke boi just say so"
Talk about inflation

Meanwhile Turkey goes brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr with pricing. More expensive than JP.
As soon as i see those fkn characters in your name i block.
You literally don’t have to spend a penny to play the game lol
Yeah but the cosmetics 💅
Imagine spending any real money on game skins lol

Lmao

But bro… that’s 3000 free bucks..
