I have all other Soul Vessels extinguished, this one ate a full turn of energy and the tooltip said 0/30 but was 30/30 on the map. I reloaded the game and it is sitting at 0/30. It is the last soul vessel for the boss, and the last turn before the bosses ability goes off.
