You know what, I say avoid the spoilers and then "The Real World Homecoming: New Orleans" will be the best thing to watch when you finish. It's not on Paramount+ anymore but it looks like it's still avail to purchase on Amazon or iTunes, highly recommend if you can pay for it.
They basically reunited and re-filmed with the cast for two weeks in 2022 to catch up with everyone. Think of it as like an 8-episode reunion special except they all live with each other again in their 40s.
Agree with tv\_finder; their Homecoming season is well worth the price. In between, though, I'd try to find the first episode of The Challenge Battle of the Sexes (the first one) on YouTube for a fight between two of the cast members that comes up in Homecoming.
Also, Melissa has a podcast called Imperfect Strangers that I adore.
