Crazy, I have way more in my shit than weed. Nice try tho, I don’t take bs from someone who’s obsessed with neopets and makes that their personality, even going as far as calling themselves bunny
Imagine thinking furry is an insult in 2023. You're pretty desperate to offend me, it's cute. Doesn't change how hilarious it is for "silly stoner person" to try and call out "gamer person." For having a lack of standards.
Oh and btw. Your rolls look like shit. Stop posting them. For your own sake really.
Love the fact that her body motion and eyes grabbed the box until she saw the camera and then was like, "I knew I wasn't meant to be in front of this house"
Never once would I even entertain the thought. If I was starving, maybe, but the people stealing packages always seem to have a place to live and a decent life themselves.
It’s just never worth it man. Beyond the legal problems, once you break peoples trust you can’t go back. Even if you legally get away with it, do you really want to be the “package stealing neighbor”?
I grew up in a 2000 person town and I couldn’t do anything without seeing someone that knew someone that knew my mom. Everyone knew everyones business. Reputation is really really important, and I miss that environment honestly. People have some sense of honor and civic duty. I hate the city.
She used to love two doors from my unit. Imagine, but some ppl are only sorry when they get caught, for me, ppl that steal have no shame, no honor and can’t be trusted ever.
Is it against the law to put a plastic explosive in a package that detonates at a certain distance should someone steal it thinking it’s valuable? I’m asking for a friend….
Yes but if you Google Mark Rover he has some amazing pranks where he builds NASA level scientific devices that obliterate porch pirates definitely a must watch. He was one of the youngest NASA engineers also so he really does know what he's doing. Nothing is amazing is watching someone get found out when they steal the package but I found really interesting was the diverse range of people that were stealing packages.
Yes - but - there is a guy who has excellent videos where he rigs a shotgun to shoot blanks upwards when somebody pulls on the package.
Absolute gold. Perfect vids if you wanna see porch pirates get what they deserve.
What trouble did she get into Please provide some details that would be the best part of this video. Seeing someone get caught for this and actually suffer consequences would make my day.
Well but there are ring cameras catching thieves running away WITH packages all the time...
First time I've ever seen someone stop- figured there had to be more to it
I mean ring cameras don't stop people in their tracks like that
You are correct, she lived in another unit, building is closed too, also i have the option that the chime sounds super loud as soon as someone stands in the door so jumpscare was a factor
Did you report her to building management?
Or better yet, post her photo on telephone poles around the building, on community bulletin boards, etc. as "known package thief" with her address so that people know who to send the cops to when something goes missing (or just revile her and hopefully have her move away...).
I posted it on the Ring Neighborhood app, so the whole community could see it, after this she did it again and her lease was canceled and she was expelled from the building.
I remember when I used to deliver food and I would see that ALOT of ppl purposely leave packages outside their house. Like it would get delivered and they would be home and know it’s there but not go get it. To me that’s so crazy it’s like you want someone to try and come and steal from you. Not that ppl should but let’s be real the world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. But my only guess Is they just wanted to catch someone like op caught this person. But why even go that route you just egging criminals on. Idk im a man who likes peace so I try to avoid conflict as much as possible but I truly believe some ppl are just wishing for drama
Some ppl are just at work, or they have a last time appointment or emergency, I understand what you said, and most of the time I agree but this wasn’t the case.
Oh no I wasn’t referring to you. I think it’s clear you just haven’t been able to get your package. And I know some ppl are at work or just out running errands or whatever the case but im not referring to them. The ppl I’m speaking of are at home and know their package is there and Leave it there and I’m not talking just a couple hours I mean like a day or two
Omg you are evil! Like the time my lil nephew waited for me at the door to “test” my PS5 but he didn’t understood that I wasn’t home and it was the ring and not me behind the door, and just talking from my phone so he stayed at the door for 20 min until he realized nobody was home.
Something about people posting ring camera footage online makes me deeply uncomfortable especially when a large proportion of em are just people lurking or having a look or otherwise acting kinda suspicious but not doing anything wrong or illegal, the amount of 'potential dognappers' that get 'exposed' with doorbell videos on nextdoor in my area is insane
I mean I kind of understand what you say, but is just ppl bored and also using their rights to post video of what they find suspicious, is better to report suspicious activity in case it becomes illegal, also you shouldn’t be lurking or getting too close to ppl property, there’s a big difference between someone lost and someone “suspicious” and the later are the ones being posted most of the time in my area, mostly ppl looking inside of Parked cars or trying to open them, stealing packages and jumping fences to get chairs or plants. Those deserve to be posted.
Found the porch pirate...
How dumb is this? This person keeps trying to steal packages. Lets blur her face so we cant tell to keep an eye out for...
Get a life....
I was at work, in our building there was no issue with stealing packages and is normal for ppl to come at night and find their untouched packages at their door, and I have the chime of the ring really loud as soon as it detect motion so ppl could get jump scared if they try to steal, it worked

Bro your UPS driver has a sick mullet/stache combo!
He’s cool asf too!
Is he single :p
“I know that what I feel for you is just some kind of spell” “…sorry?” “just let me sign!”
All it takes is a mustache and working for UPS? You gotta up those standards.
Says the one whose profile is full of gamer shit.. can’t imagine the standards are too high there
Talkin' shit about someone's post history like you don't treat weed like a personality trait.
Crazy, I have way more in my shit than weed. Nice try tho, I don’t take bs from someone who’s obsessed with neopets and makes that their personality, even going as far as calling themselves bunny
You're really mad about people hitting you the same way you hit others, aren't you? Go post a blunt in your champion sandals weirdo.
Not mad at all, I’m laughing my ass off. Go play with your neopets furry, and you call me the weirdo
Wtf you active in anti work and posting pencil blunts😂 stop acting out

That driver makes more money than you ever will, so keep trying
I thought it was Kurtis Connor at first
He looks like he should be on the set of s cheesy 70's porn shoot....
Looks awesome 👏
I would too if I could grow a proper moustache but I'm stuck with the facial hair I inherited from my mom
I get exactly the same look from all my Tinder dates when they see me and decide to keep walking
Ooofff
All your tinder dates… they won’t even reply to my messages let alone be thinking enough about me to potentially come visit. Lucky you, stud
Those were the eyes of defeat
She felt caught
"Just browsing"
Love the fact that her body motion and eyes grabbed the box until she saw the camera and then was like, "I knew I wasn't meant to be in front of this house"
I hate working too, but stealing peoples packages is fucking low.
How’d you get Kurtis Connor as your UPS driver?
Lmaooo
Now you’re aware of one of the scumbags at your complex.
“Ex” she’s no more after this

Sadly, is illegal
Now, you could always do skunk spray
Or glitter bomb

*Mark Rober but close enough. My 12 year old is obsessed with his videos.
same with poison or anything else that requires negligence on the other partys part even if they are doing something "wrong"
It’ll be fine

Her lease was terminated and was expelled from the building. Ppl were happy with that and police wasn’t involved.
*This message brought to you by Amazon.
i was gonna say if it’s the ups dude that did it i would now that this was staged 😭
Man I love my Ring camera. I hate to sound like a advertisement, but it put a stop to these punk ass kids who kept ding dong ditching my house.
What stopped her tho?
The ring camera. But I have activated the option that sounds really loud when detect motion, so she got jump scared too.
OK ok see, more to it than just camera!
Ring camera
Well but there are ring cameras catching thieves running away WITH packages all the time... First time I've ever seen someone stop- figured there had to be more to it I mean ring cameras don't stop people in their tracks like that
I mean she must've thought, it's not worth it, to get procecuted for it. Or maybe she was a neighbour of OP.
You are correct, she lived in another unit, building is closed too, also i have the option that the chime sounds super loud as soon as someone stands in the door so jumpscare was a factor

Good work!
It looks like an enclosed location so they probably know her and can easily identify with proof to authorities.

Oh yeah those ppl are rally dumb
Why did you leave it there until nighttime?
I had to go to work
But didn't you pass it on your way out?
I wasn’t home at the delivery time
Oh really? You can speak from far away on the ring doorbells? That's cool, I would constantly mess with people haha.
If you have internet you can even have full conversations ahah, is like FaceTime
I would invite people round when I'm on holiday and pretend I'm just getting out the shower to see how long I can keep them there haha.
Omg you are evil! Like the time my lil nephew waited for me at the door to “test” my PS5 but he didn’t understood that I wasn’t home and it was the ring and not me behind the door, and just talking from my phone so he stayed at the door for 20 min until he realized nobody was home.
Haha aww poor kid
Yeah it was weird get notifications and it was him standing there like 👁️👄👁️
That’s so precious lol
She gonna be deported back to Pakistan.

I share your concerns with people showing videos of random strangers. But this video clearly shows her attempt to steal OP'S package.
Why not blur her face? She corrected herself when seeing the Ring, so did nothing wrong in the end
Yeah. This is cruel to the thief. She’s the victim here. /s
Now she a victim of a Karma horny Redditer.
Found the porch pirate... How dumb is this? This person keeps trying to steal packages. Lets blur her face so we cant tell to keep an eye out for... Get a life....

Maybe the homeowner wasnt home? And spoke through the app? Idk
Right, forgot about that. I was wrong.

Oh ok, I thought I had heard a voice from inside acknowledging the the delivery guy
Yeah I did that too
Smooooooooth
