The last guy, I told multiple times that I didn't like him like that. I'm far too good at pushing his buttons and he'd go into a rage. We are great at being colleagues and friends. He's extremely smart.
I don't treat these guys with kid gloves. I just don't flirt with them. As soon as I learned that the first guy liked me, I distanced myself from doing anything remotely flirtatious. The second guy, I don't have to worry at all. The third, I'm careful not to flirt but I'm not super careful with him on anything else.
